Last week I stressed the importance of appropriate loading and range of motion for neck-specific exercises. This week, I’m flipping the script and focusing on aerobic training for neck pain (covered in this study), ignoring the neck completely.
We can’t forget about the importance of overall health and fitness. Chronic pain often results in inactivity for the entire body, not just the painful region.
